Summit Garage Door is a Florida garage door company built around a simple idea: the person who diagnoses your door should be qualified to fix it, and the price you are told should be the price you pay. We work on the Atlantic side from Homestead to Jupiter, and on the Gulf side from Marco Island to Bradenton, with technicians assigned to their own region rather than driving across the state.

We handle residential repairs and replacements, 24/7 emergencies, and commercial overhead doors for warehouses, storefronts and fleet facilities. We hold Florida license CC# 24-GD-22558-X, carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and pull permits where the county requires them — which in most of our service area is every replacement door.

• Photograph what failed. You see the part, not just the invoice line.
• Quote repair and replacement side by side. Then you choose, with no pressure either way.
• Specify for Florida. Coastal hardware, high-cycle springs and wind-load ratings as a default, not an upsell.
• Stand behind it. Labour warrantied, manufacturer warranties registered, and a return visit if something is not right.

What we will tell you honestly

Some doors are not worth repairing. Some openers are not worth replacing. Some cities are outside a realistic response radius. We would rather say so on the phone than sell you the wrong thing — it is the reason most of our work arrives by referral.
