3. Estimates and pricing

Price ranges shown on the site are planning figures. Written on-site estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and may be revised where hidden conditions are discovered — for example rotten jambs, out-of-square openings, prior non-compliant installation or concealed damage — after we notify you and you approve the revision.

4. Safety notice

Garage doors and their springs store dangerous amounts of energy. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to attempt spring, cable or drum work yourself. We accept no liability for injury or damage resulting from work you or a third party carry out.

5. Permits, ratings and compliance
